Affirming Letter

Would you like to get on hormone therapy (HRT) or have gender-affirming surgery, but your insurance asks you to get letters recommending the surgery from health professionals? I want to help!

Unfortunately, this is a form of gatekeeping, a way that those in power are trying to keep you from expressing yourself the way you want. I want to try and help as many people as I can to feel more like themselves.

For this letter, all I require is one session 50-minute session to discuss your identity with you. In return, I'll provide you with a letter to give to your insurance or surgeon.

As I want to help as many people as possible, I only charge $125 for the session and roughly two hours of letter writing. If this is something you want and can't afford, let's talk and see if we can work something out.

If you are attending therapy with me and would like this letter, there is no additional charge!
