Gender Affirming Letter

Would you like to get on hormone therapy (HRT) or have gender-affirming surgery, but your insurance asks you to get letters recommending the surgery from health professionals? Would you like to change your name? I want to help!

Unfortunately, insurance and the law requiring a gender affirming letter are forms of gatekeeping meant to protect the status quo at the cost to individuals. I want to help as many people as I can to feel more like themselves.

For this letter, we will conduct one 50-minute session to discuss your identity. Then, I'll provide you with a letter to give to the relevant establishment.

For this single session and service, I charge $130. If this is something you want and can’t afford, let’s talk and see if we can work out a different cost.

If you are attending therapy with me and would like this letter, there is no additional charge!
